Born in Santiago, Chile, to an Italian father, Napoli was the third of five siblings. Since childhood, he was a keen swimmer at the Estadio Italiano and was involved in various social organizations. He studied Agricultural Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Santiago. Specializing in viticulture, in 1980 he was inspired by the noble lands of the central zone, working for 30 years at the Concha y Toro vineyard, planting vines that continue to produce tons of fruit year after year. Napoli stood out for the care and quality of the vine and his work was recognized on numerous occasions for contributing to high-quality wines.
As a father, he encouraged his daughters' education by involving them in the world of wine, preserving the impetus of their passion. This legacy is revealed today in our bottles; filled with the best spirit and management.

Passionate about winemaking, she also followed in her father's footsteps. An agricultural engineer and oenologist from the Pontifical Catholic University, her desire to maintain the legacy led her to expand her knowledge in different national vineyards: Cono Sur, Odfjell Vineyards, and the Intriga de Montgras winery. In each production process she resolves the wine's own style, allowing her to accentuate its identity. These experiences make her a specialist in wines with personality, giving Napoli Wines a seal of quality.
His interest in his profession is complemented by research into climate change and gardening. He is an avid piano and singing enthusiast.
